Student-led Exploration

The furthest reaches of human exploration are pioneered by robots. Whether at the edge of the solar system or the deepest trenches of the ocean, machines are carrying out long-term surveys. Our purpose as an organization is for students to partake in the development of these explorers.

Learn

MRG provides an opportunity to learn new skills and work with tools for robotics, regardless of skill level.

Build

MRG has the goal of iterating and creating new vehicles such as Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUV) and Autonomous Surfaces Vehicles (ASV).

Test

MRG puts vehicles to the test in competitions and challenges such as RoboBoat, RoboSub, RobotX, and the Microtransat Challenge.
